Companies and Freelancers, registered on www.iceopro.com, can contact each other on the site freely by sending each other messages.

Once contact has been established, they agree directly between themselves on their future collaboration, without any intervention from Iceopro.com.

There are no hidden costs, nor any commission taken on the service.

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the automatic renewal date which corresponds to the end date indicated in the "My plan" section.

Sign into your account, From the "My plan" section, access your "Stripe" account to modify or cancel your plan.

Your account will remain active until the end date indicated in the "My plan" section.

You can "reactivate" your account at any time.

Once your payment has been made, refunds are no longer possible.

However, you have the option of terminating your subscription at any time before the end date (date on which the package is automatically renewed) specified in the "My package" section.
